Wedding Coordinators

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church has two Wedding Coordinators who assist engaged couples prepare for their wedding ceremony at the Church. The Coordinator assigned to a wedding at Good Shepherd meets with couples to answer questions about ceremony details, makes recommendations as requested for ceremony planning, and facilitates the wedding ceremony. The Coordinator attends both the rehearsal and the wedding service, ensuring that the couple's plans for a smooth ceremony are carried out. She serves as a resource knowledgeable about the church facility, an expert in how a wedding ceremony typically proceeds at this Church, and a calm presence for any wedding party members who might be a bit nervous. She also serves as an agent for questions to the Pastors and a resource to assist them in managing the details of the wedding ceremony.

Good Shepherd has been working with Wedding Coordinators since spring 2004. They are well-versed in how weddings flow at the Church and are a tremendous asset to the couples they serve as well as to the Pastors.
